Indian outsourcing company Infosys now insourcing in US and UK

For many years now the outsourcing phenomenon has been moving high tech jobs to India, however the high tech jobs that we talk about here are the medium and lower grade. When it comes to cutting edge system developement, there isn't enough talent to go around in India. Most workers there use the standard microsoft development tools and when you ask them to stretch beyond this, the results are not always impressive. That fact has not escaped CEO of Infosys, Kris Gopalakrishnan, who is now looking into recruiting talent in USA and UK to supplement their outsourcing company talent pool. So the outsourcing companies are now outsourcing as well right back to the original countries. What we see here is an insourcing insurgence.
